How do I submit an Shift claim?ā€‹

After completing the diagnosis, our Technician will contact Shift to determine if the repair isā€Æcovered under your service contract. We will then review the repair costs with you for your approval and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.ā€‹

What does the Shift Warranty cover?ā€‹

Shift provides several different warranties with different levels of coverage. For your specific policy you should contactā€ÆShift.

Terms & Conditions

If your claim is not approved, you may be responsible for theā€ÆAutoNation Mobile Serviceā€Ædiagnostic fee as providedā€Æby AutoNation Mobile Service, plus tax where applicable. The cost of diagnosis may vary byā€Æregion and will be displayed prior to confirmation of the appointment. If your claim is approved, youā€Æwill only be responsible for your deductible and your portion of the diagnostic fee and repairs as applicable, and any other services you elect to haveā€ÆAutoNation Mobile Service complete on your behalf that are not covered by the service contract.
