RepairSmith is a Preferred Shift Repair Vendor. We diagnose your vehicle and complete any necessary repairs right in your driveway at no extra charge. If your repair is covered under warranty, we coordinate approval with Shift to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

3. Get back on the road when your repair is complete!
Based on your policy, you may be responsible for a portion of the diagnosis, repairs, and deductible. Please refer to your policy for specific details. Your RepairSmith technician will also review this with you before starting any work.

How does RepairSmith work? 
Our team of ASE certified mobile mechanics comes to you bringing all the tools and parts necessary to complete most repairs. We meet you at your home or office to diagnose and repair your vehicle.
What types of repair services does RepairSmith provide?
RepairSmith mobile mechanics can provide a wide array of services at your home or office. We can complete nearly 85% of services directly on-site including repairs like replacing spark plugs, brake pads, alternators, and much more.
How do I submit an Shift claim?
After completing the diagnosis, our Technician will contact Shift to determine if the repair is covered under your service contract. We will then review the repair costs with you for your approval and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
What does the Shift Warranty cover?
Shift provides several different warranties with different levels of coverage. For your specific policy you should contact Shift.
Terms & Conditions
If your claim is not approved, you may be responsible for the RepairSmith diagnostic fee as provided by RepairSmith, plus tax where applicable. The cost of diagnosis may vary by region and will be displayed prior to confirmation of the appointment. If your claim is approved, you will only be responsible for your deductible and your portion of the diagnostic fee and repairs as applicable, and any other services you elect to have RepairSmith complete on your behalf that are not covered by the service contract.
