What Do Car Owners Think About ‘No-Contact Car Repair’?

My car battery died and I found RepairSmith online since I didn’t want to go to the auto shop given the pandemic of COVID-19. Really happy with the service. Sal was really great. Patient, quick, and did everything without contact. He also wore a mask which made me feel even safer. Highly recommend if you need to get car issue solved and are worried about in-store contact.

“We just used RepairSmith for an oil change. It was great. He texted us to let us know what time he would arrive. He came on time and was very courteous. Especially during COVID, it was so nice to be able to have this service come to our house. It felt very safe and clean. We would definitely use them again.”

Emily D., Los Angeles, CA

“I don’t write reviews often, but had to write one for the service I received today. Eddie arrived promptly within the time frame I was given and offered exceptional, speedy and effective service. He took every safety precaution possible given the current Covid-19 crisis and I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. I will definitely be using this convenient service again if I experience any auto issues in the future.
