We know it’s hard to resist giving our friendly technicians a big handshake when you see them, but we’ll have to hold off on those for now. Here are the steps we’re taking to make sure we keep you and your car running safely during this time.

Tools & Equipment
We disinfect all tools and equipment as well as high-touch areas in our repair vans.
Our technicians will disinfect high-touch areas in your car such as the steering wheel, door handles, door panels, and car keys.
No-Contact Key Exchange
During and after your appointment, keys can be left in a convenient location for no-contact exchange.
We are disinfecting all credit card readers and any other items that customers may come in contact with.
Our technicians will maintain social distancing (recommended 6 feet distance) throughout the entire appointment.
Additionally, any technicians who are exhibiting cold, flu, or flu-like symptoms are required to stay home.
What Can Car Owners Do to Help?
To uphold our no-contact policy, we kindly request your help if you have an appointment booked with us at this time. During your upcoming appointments, we strongly encourage that you:
- Avoid direct contact. Our technicians have been instructed to avoid direct contact including shaking hands. If you choose no-contact key exchange or payment, please let the technician know via phone call or text.
- Manage your appointment. If you are showing any cold, flu, or flu-like symptoms, please be proactive in following RepairSmith’s no-contact procedures. Our technicians have been instructed to terminate appointments with customers who do not follow social distancing recommendations.
