You will get a price instantly online after submitting your request, or we will send it to you within a few minutes during business hours. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is it more expensive?
No. We guarantee our prices are fair. Our pricing is continuously updated based on local market rates and actual repair invoices in your area to ensure competitiveness. The price is the same whether you choose delivery or our drop-off service. There is no additional charge for us to come to you.
What if I need more/less work?
After our mechanic’s inspection of your vehicle, you may find that you don’t need all the services you requested, or that you need additional services. Our team will always review the changes with you in advance and get your approval. You'll get the same RepairSmith price on any additional work you need.
How does the RepairSmith online diagnosis tool work?
The diagnosis tool helps you identify possible repairs your car needs based on symptoms you’re experiencing. We use real industry data tailored to your vehicle and symptoms. Our mechanic will need to inspect your vehicle to determine which repairs are actually recommended.
When will I pay for the repair?
You will pay for your service at the completion of the repair. If you had your repair delivered, our mechanic will take your credit card right there in your driveway. If you dropped your car off at our shop, you will pay when you pick up your vehicle.

You can call or text us at 877-907-6484, and we will handle everything for you. For drop off, we will confirm your appointment with the shop. For delivery, we will confirm the availability of our mechanic.
What is the cancellation policy?
We know that schedules change. If you're unable to make your appointment, please contact our customer success team who can assist in cancelling or rescheduling. If you are getting your repair delivered, there may be a fee for cancelling within 24 hours.
